Got shipping questions? We’ve got you covered. Here’s what to expect so your order gets to you smoothly — no surprises, just music-loving honesty.
⏱ How long will it take to receive my order?
Our items are made to order, so shipping times can vary. Most orders ship within 5 business days, but some items may take longer depending on the product and supplier. If an item has a longer production time, it will be noted on the product page. During holiday rush ALL products are subject to longer production & shipping times. Any cutoff times prior to a holiday will be noted on the site bar at the top of the page.
📦 Will all of my items arrive together?
Not always. Our products are sourced from a variety of suppliers to hit that sweet spot of high quality + affordability. Because of this, items may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
When shipping charges can be combined, you’ll see that reflected in your cart. In other situations, combined shipping isn’t possible and additional costs may apply. We’ll always be transparent about this at checkout.
💲 How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your order, suppliers, product size & weight:
When items ship from the same supplier, costs are combined.
When they ship separately, additional charges may apply.
Orders $150+ ship FREE whenever possible
🌍 Where do you ship from and to?
Most of our products are made and shipped within the USA.
Select items (like canvas prints) are available internationally 🌎 — US-only items are clearly noted on the product page.
🔎 Can I track my order?
Yes! Once each part of your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll get multiple tracking numbers.
⚡ Do you offer expedited shipping?
Because of the variety of items and suppliers we work with, expedited shipping isn’t always available. In most cases all available shipping options are offered in the checkout experience. If you need a rush order, contact us and we’ll see what we can do but due to size and weight of many items, expedite is only offered where physically feasible.
