Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Our items are made to order, so shipping times can vary. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, but some items may take longer. Please refer to the individual product pages for specific shipping times.
Q: Will all of my items arrive at the same time, in one package?
A: No, not necessarily. Because we have curated a very specific assortment of products, many of which are customizable and made to order, our items ship at different speeds and they may arrive in separate packages. Don't worry though, you will receive tracking information for each package so you can keep an eye on their progress.
Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: Orders under $49.98 are a flat rate of $6, $49.99-$99.99 are a flat rate of $10, and orders $100+ ship FREE
Q: Where do you ship from and to?
A: A majority of our products are Made in the USA. There are a choice few that are made overseas. Due to limitations of some of our fulfillment partners, we currently only ship orders to the USA.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, absolutely! Once each part of your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that because some items may ship separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and carriers may vary.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Due to the variety of sizes and weights and production needs of items within our assortment, please contact us directly if you require expedited shipping.
