Because all of our items are made to order and/or highly customizable, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have any issues, we would be more than happy to assist you in resolving the problem.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing excellent customer service. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase so that we can make it right.
